Calling someone and accusing someone of scamming, is by definition, defamation, especially when that person never scammed anyone.
It is true by any observable facts, and any rational and knowledgable forum user will come to the same conclusion after looking at this thread (among other things). Such fact-based opinions are not defamation. Trying to threaten forum users with defamation bullshit like CW did with Twitter users does only further dig your own hole. I'll be expanding the flag-list to scam-advocates when I have time for that triviality. Actions have consequences; escalation was asked for. I wish you good luck handling that as I unwatch this thread. Meow.
