i have proof this is the totally same company.

the payments arrive, but it is very sketchy.

you get a lot of small payments from many different paypal accounts.

nobody knows where they got these accounts from, if they control them legitimately or whatever.

i personally know several people who got their paypal permanently banned for using hiribi / p4ay
