The problem with the projects in 2019 is attributed to the fact that most projects in the past few years have turned out to be scams, almost more than 90%, and same is the case in 2019. And those projects which really are dedicated towards developing and improving their coin, people lose their faith in them really soon and these projects end up like others.
The problem in the past few months and years was the number of scam projects, so if there were good projects, investors would not trust them. I think when investors have started to understand ICO or IEO, a good new project will appear by itself and the market will be more excited
But from big exchanges are hunted by many crypto investors right now because the chance of success of those project is really high and also the limitation of the coin sale on IEO is also make the demands is higher and i'm sure this IEO trends will stand still until next year. But i didn't say ICO is not good anymore, there are still good ICO exist but the demand is not high so it will make the price bad ended on exchanges, they needs to pay extra work to make the ICO coin price to high value
