Most likely he pissed it away when BTC was below $500. There were private jets and exotic cars involved.
Ah that so-called jet set lifestyle of private jets and cars probably along with vacations to far fetched places was always going to be the main expense of scam proceeds for some people.

Well to some people that could equate to:
