Perhaps you should be asking him to produce the subpoena since he's the one you have a disagreement with.

What is absurd is you claim to have the preponderance of evidence when in fact you have zero evidence. All this is just absolute proof facts are irrelevant to you, and you believe what you are told, and that is that. Who needs public court documents when you have Mike Pompeo?

Its zero evidence to you because you are unwilling to be honest as it would mean you might have to admit you were wrong about something. He's making the claim the subpoena exists. Is he lying or is he just wrong?
