No, it is a valid equivalence. You insist the subpoenas exist. You can not prove they exist. You claim Mike Pompeo saying they exist is proof. I say Mike Pompeo said Bigfoot was real is proof Bigfoot is real. You bringing up Mike Pompeo is to the subpoena as me bringing up Mike Pompeo is to Bigfoot. This is an exact valid equivalence. The only false equivalence is your claim "Mike Pompeo said" is proof of anything.
