This is the problem of bounties with a large token allocation, because if people really want to get 5k USD worth of tokens for a twitter campaign, it is just silly. Take part in campaigns that are sharing not more than 300k, there is a much better chance of such a project to succeed.
It still won't make a difference is the token or coin end up losing value big time, 1000$ worth of tokens easily turn to 10$ this days so either allocation is huge or not it doesn't make a difference
