I would not recommend you to use paid for sign ups to make referrals as you will get referral payouts from your referrals deposits fee. So if your referrals will not be interested in making deposits into their accounts in CedsonHub you will have useless referrals. Best referrals for you are faucet/website owners who will need to deposit into their balance as they run their website.
