I can't speak for all the moderators, but I will continue even without being paid (as long as I have "faith" or as long as I'm not fired
).When I accepted the job, I knew that mods were paid, but I thought there was an annual "compensation", not a monthly pay
.And to answer the OP, the main criteria is the number of reports (and patience).
Creating a topic to describe the situation of your local section by giving examples of abuse may help.
