yes i think now is the right time to buy. Don't delay buying if you already have money. because most bitcoin users are sure that bitcoin will soon be bull run we just have to be patient and wait. because we for the past two years have experienced a downward trend in bitcoin. a few more months after bitcoin split in two I'm sure bitcoin will run. and if in the next one or two months bitcoin dumps again you don't need to panic to stay afloat. or if you have more money it's a good opportunity for us to add to our bitcoins. now what I do is keep trying to increase the amount of my bitcoin. so that next year I will get a big profit.
