less than 20% merits to reach their goal (Activity is reached in all cases (*), they just lack merits):

The top right list ("Users") shows the candidates. In order to jump to the Bitcointalk profile, click on a name from the list, and select "Go to user profile" hyperlink (click name again to deselect).
(*) Assuming entry-level 775 for Legendries (real rank will be achieved when Activity reaches the unknown personal Magical Number, which triggers the effective change of rank).
