I think when IEO is launch, it will receive a lot of attention from the people because this coin is really valuable in investment and HDX can be sold very quickly in a short time. No IEO information is available at the moment but it may occur later this year or early 2020 so wait patiently. I am studying this project every day and am willing to invest in IEO if it is a good time.
