What is Jelly Swap?

1/🚀 Jelly is a super simple-to-use #dApp that enables cross-chain Atomic Swaps without any intermediaries.

2/ 🚀 Jelly executes cross-chain transactions - it exchanges quickly cryptocurrencies between different blockchains (e.g. Ethereum and Bitcoin).

3/ 🚀 Jelly removes the middleman - it enables two or more parties to swap cryptocurrencies peer-to-peer without trusting a third party. It avoids unnecessary fees and eliminates counterparty, KYC & AML settlement, and custodial risks.

4/ 🚀 Jelly does not depend on a central authority or any infrastructure other than the smart contract. The source code is public and verifiable.

5/ 🚀 Jelly is highly secure - the atomic swap mechanism prevents fraud by using the Hash Time-Locked Contracts, which ensure that none of the parties will lose their funds.

A simple real-life example is Compound. You can use Jelly to supply ETH/DAI/WBTC to Compound having only BTC. In contrast, if you use ShapeShift, you have a lot of additional steps before interacting with Compound

When will Jelly launch?
Jelly will be officially launched on the testnet on the 20th of November 2019. You will be able to swap ETH, BTC and TRX (until Nov 20th only ETH and TRX swaps available - you can try them even now). They soon will be followed by EOS, NEO and Aeternity.
