They should have realised by now that news like this does not move prices anymore, the Cryptocurrency sphere has matured past the stage where every news would have a huge impact on price because of FOMO, Stellar recently burned 50% of the whole coin supply and it barely added $0.02 to the price of XLM, if that had happened in 2017 or early 2018, it would have increased the price of Stellar +1000% just like the news of bank partnerships did with Ripple price in the past.
