I want to ask which altcoin is most suitable for donations.
i.e. traceable, and can be given to organizations without issues.

The most accepted coins by organizations are bitcoin. Bitcoin is popular and easily exchangeable and it's origin and destination could be easily verified when both the senders and receiver are willing to. Many Humanitarian organization like UNICEF and non profits like Wikileaks are accepting bitcoins for donations in their site.
