That's not how any of this works.If you have the time, maybe you can translate LoyceV's Beginners guide to correct use of the Trust system for the Indian local board? It's been translated in 8 languages already.
As for the escrow: if you're creating a community effort like this, it's much, much easier if you just pick the escrow by yourself. If someone doesn't like it, they don't join. It's simple as that and prevents a lot of drama.
