you have to go where you installed the teloscoin wallet (C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Transcendence)
and
just do not delete what I have marked red



then Download the bootstrap here and replace the local blockchain and chainstate folder https://github.com/phoenixkonsole/transcendence/releases/download/v2.0.0.0/Bootstrap.zip

and run wallet again, should help ; )
