I believe you're dealing with an impersonator. I've dealt with Podor multiple times and with larger amounts, and I've had nothing but smooth transactions.



I have him on Telegram as well (but only dealt with him on Skype), and as you can see:

1. His privacy settings regarding the last time he has been online are available (not the case in the posted image)
2. Different display name compared to the image you've shown.
