Yesterday I got sent 0.00000001 four times all at once, and since then all of those transactions have been seen by only one peer and are not confirmed. I also sent some coins myself to another wallet and they haven't been confirmed either 

Has this happened to anyone else, and could the reason why none of my transactions are being confirmed be because someone is sending out tons of those tiny transactions to everyone and clogging up the system?
