I think all the exchanges are fake!!!
you can check other alternative such as
https://www.coingecko.com/en and check the difference with both volume of every exchange .
The difference between Coinmarketcap and Coingecko is quite far, so when I see prices, I often use Coingecko because it's more accurate then I like comparing it to Coinmarketcap, but I think Coingecko is in my opinion more accurate.
