Without a bull-run? I doubt that BNB will take off by itself. We need to be in a bull cycle before the price could reach that or even more. There are the first prime mover of exchange token market that's why at up to this point they're are investors who still supports them. However, to be able to go to get to another all time high, the BNB and the market should be in perfect sync. What I mean is that we should be in a bull run before all the altcoins can bounce back again and most probably enjoy a good run and hit another all time high and this could happen in 2020 and beyond.
