You are now confusing a judicial subpoena with a congressional subpoena. They are entirely different entities.

Cover letters include a description of contents, usually including page numbers, that is the purpose of a cover letter.
You're confusing a cover letter with a table of contents.

Be prepared for him to shift the argument to something else at this point. That's what he does after he's been caught not knowing what he's talking about. You'd think that the guy who said this wouldn't let himself be proven wrong so easily:

Really all it takes is about 15 minutes of research to thoroughly understand the difference between judicial and congressional subpoenas.
