Looks like Congress is actually exempt from the FOIA. They don't have to publish anything other than the daily Congressional Record, which is basically just a transcript of each session, and obviously bills, laws, amendments, and resolutions (these are required to be published on their website as of 2017).

assuming that because DOJ subpoenas are public record, Congressional Subpoenas must also be public record. He actually had me kind of convinced that they were pubic record, you just had to ask for them. At least we gained some useless knowledge.
