Traders looking for profits so they will calculate everything in fiat value that is why CMC still have the values based on dollars in default but you are not limited to change the values as above post mentioned,will not be a huge work for you to do this.

I am not sure why you are looking for BTC value,there are other sites have this feature but not available in CMC.
