I don't think anyone can say "a new run is comming".
But my opinion is that BTC will definitely rise the 12000$ in a long run and also BTC will set a new ATH.
Bitcoin is currently a long-term investment.
The picture cant say that we will be having a bull run now, the adoption is still not here maybe on the next peak of bitcoin. We can have the best price this year it will rise and no one can stop bitcoin. If you dont have patience right now, then bitcoin its not for you because this is indeed good for a long term investment and hodlers will win more.
