Sure it's impossible to say but still... after yesterday hearing i really don't know what to think. Used to be sure Libra entry will boom the market once again but it looks like Libra's not coming shortly.
Is btc halving the most promising ''event'' we are looking forward to (at the moment)?
It looks like Libra really won't be able to be formed and we shouldn't expect it any more. It is being alot of allegations and seemingly insurmountable.
We should only focus on new news like Ethereum 2.0 and its hard fork in December. Bitcoin halving is still quite far, but we can accumulate bitcoin and ETH from now on.
