I agreed with someone above me that you can start to promote your referral link through your social platform and also i forget about that but CMIIW, you can check your signature and personal text, you can start to promote your referral there. If you can't use signature and to be a copper member will make you able to do that.
So many people are also using blogging as a way to promote your referral link too but it will much more effective if you can start to promote your refferal link through your close people.

I assume if you are promoting legit platform to be used by others in this case.
