The Security Verfication is done already trough the Friends Photos Verification and trough Phone verification.
The Account would be blocked already If hadn't pass this. So you don't have to worry about this. I can show you the Account so you can make sure there is no Waste of Money at this.
I don't think you get my point, if someone buys the account and afterwards it gets reported, he'll might have to verify himself with friend's photos. Even if YOU can pass it, who says the buyer can?
It is obliously a fake account, and the buyer should and will know it.
So, if the account got disabled, it will not be his responsability
