With regards to VPN use, I would like to mention Opera Browser which offers a free and user friendly way to connect through VPN. But if we want to use varied VPN servers, then Avast Secure Line VPN would do the trick but it is on a paid subscription.

With regards to TOR use, Brave Browser has also a built in feature that would allow us to browse via TOR.
