i think the imminent problem that you will face during IEO is that how can you get a hold of your price in Vindax if you are currently trading in other exchanges?
are you going to stop the trading from other exchanges and let run in Vindax first?
because if not, getting cheap prices from other exchanges is more than possible to happen. so traders will not buy from Vindax, but from others. and so you will fail with your IEO goals...
