I suggest you hold it while you continue to follow the updates of the project.
The recent surge is a good sign but its not enough IMO to sell, maybe you just wait a bit because as long as the project still is alive, there's always a chance that it will grow in the future.
Current market situation has affected the altcoins market, we might see some growth but it can't sustain, but who knows in the future maybe its possible.
