They are very stupid and the way act when they see people that are making use of cryptocurrencies you will know that they are so dumb. Another thing is that there is another problem that we are currently having and police are now linking crypto with the same people, funny case and a long story.
It's very good that police officers should be educated concerning cryptocurrencies, that way they wouldn't be misbehaving. And the government should let people know whether Bitcoin is legal or illegal in their country and police should be taking actions based on that.
