Can someone please help me, I tried contacting support but I am not getting any replies, my account got hacked last year  but I just noticed  this week because I have been away from crypto... I contacted support through appropriate email, its been days now and I still have not got a reply.

This signing thing is confusing to me as well. I have never signed my account that got hacked, can it be recovered?
