in my opinion it's not time for ethereum and bitcoin to experience bullrun like what happened to bitcoin some time ago ... and now we can see that the movement of bitcoin and altcoin is decreasing to more than 10% ... we have to be patient to wait for ETH to experience bullrun like what happened to bitcoin.
