If you declare the account name, it will be better for you because some DT member will flag that account as hacked and hence the hacker will no longer use that account in good campaigns. Once you recover your account, you can request for the tag  to be removed. Sound good to you ?

Edit: Its seems your account has been banned by wrong doings by the hacker. Nothing can be done now.
