Why not? 2017 was the explosion of ICOs and cryptocurrencies! However, it died in 2018. And in 2019, back to the IEO trend, cryptocurrencies have asserted their position in the market, bringing great profits to investors who trust for startup projects.
I dont think its back by an IEO thats was different and we all know that this trend will end soon. More of the project now are making thier own exchange so they can start making IEO with that exchange . The problem if there are many of them want it also then mostlikely the hype might end earlier than expected.
