After seeing the OP, I simply Googled for it, trying to find the context it came up in. One place I found was the site I included in my post, and it seems to have been around for a year, updating it’s scammy content, as the link to the site in the OP suggests (OPs link is only a couple of months old).

The important thing to know is how these scam sites get their traffic. Google searches may be a way, providing it comes up pretty on top of the list (could be different results and order depending on the Google country site being used). Telegram and phishing emails are also likely, but the specific traffic generators are important to enumerate if possible.
