Guys, Two days ago I created exchanges simultaneously with Changenow and changelly. The from currency was the same that is XVG.

The order with ChangeNow when through immediately but Changelly was struck. When I contacted Changelly they said the order needs confirmations. When I asked for number of confirmations required they said they can not. What is wrong in sharing the number of confirmations required? My transactions had around 210+ confirmations.

I have I transferred XVG several times and when I have so many confirmations and said they can not mentioned the number of confirmations that is required, I felt cheated.

To hide there mistake of not detecting my deposit they are saying my transaction need more confirmation. This is what I felt.

What was your experience? What is the actual number of confirmation required? Did they say that to hide their mistake.
