What they were talking about has no bearing on the existence of the subpoenas.
It absolutely does, and you'd have to be either retarded or dishonest to think otherwise.
If they think they can get away with lying, they will do it. It means loads of money to them. After all, Trump will slow down the expansion of the military fascists. This means less money for them. And that is what it really is about.
So, show us the subpoena, and the proof of service. Otherwise admit that maybe it doesn't exist.
