How can I get my account back, like I mentioned, it is important for me to get it back because I bought a trading bot with it few years ago, and now i need to use it again for proof of Identity, I  have sent an email to the account recovery email that is provided on the forum and a message to Cyrsus but no reply, from what I saw its a long process and given that my account got hacked and banned and I had no signature, when I sent the message I just provided basic info about the email change etc,  should I try again and  perhaps provide link to this Thread?
