I think the microilcoins from the game age of ilcoin is a different thing from this full nodes rewards. You could get microilcoin through game playing whereas in dcb you'll be rewarded by running full nodes.
Whether it's ILCoins or microilcoins you prefer, let's just wait for the official announcement from ILCoin about it.
