It seems it is still syncing... something like 736 various transactions... that could take a while. Has it been stuck at 730/736 for a while? 
As much as I prefer Electrum, in all honesty, I suspect that all of this would have been "faster" and a lot less hassle if you had simply downloaded and installed "Ledger Live"

Yep that's i thought after 45 mins of Ledger Live syncing mate.
