I had contacted they through chat and that tab is closed. But, I can start a chat now and can ask them for the same and even now they will give such rude and arrogant replies. They kept giving such predetermined replies for hours. I do not have any expectation from them. I think they would have spammed me if I had not contacted. Felt insecure.

i just chat with the support and they just said that they don't have an estimate number confirmation needed,
but based on the ss below you will see that your transaction should be completed because the support i ask says that the confirmation should be not 210++

All other exchanges do mention it which means it a open information that is not causing any harm to you exchange if you disclose. What is that special in Changelly that they clear said it is in their rule not to disclose?
