Not sure how OP asking for back fund. If sent fund to their address means it will not return if you lost. It wasn't like something deposit system, by sending fund you had participated to the game. Most likely you lost your fund on gambling. Because, I have notice they required standard wallet where you have controls of your address. They will send back wining odds to from where you sent fund if in case win.
There was a user that had problems with deposit before maybe OP is experiencing the same thing, did a deposit while the ownership was being transferred.The website has changed without an announcement and I had funds on my account.
