That's a valid point, for a while I thought you solved the puzzle but then i remembered phill talking about credit from S9k orders, which to my knowledge have all been shipped long time ago, so phill should have been credited for the S9k price difference, but he mentioned that he got no credit what so ever, i am not sure what's the issue here to be honest, but I know that consistency might solve it, just keep bothering their support  .
