I think if you would like to be anonymous, Ethereum blockchain is not the best choice in case of anonymity. Try to find some other blockchains that are fitting better in your philosophy, but for me it would be good enough to use ETH.
However Ethereum is not a good anonymity blockchian system, we have considered about that, But we need a useful, widely userd, Stable , secure blockchain system, and we will use smart contract in the future. So maybe Ethereum is the best choice for now.
If we have the other good choice , we can fork the code and build mail system on that , it is not diffcult !
