All transactions show as should be, it HAS to something to do with the 'derived path', which i set on the Ledger, it was fixed etc.
By searching for "
derived path" in your post history, I found this:

49'/0'/0'/0/6 just means that Electrum had selected the seventh address in your wallet as the change address instead of the default change derivation path because "
use change address" was disabled.
It absolutely has nothing to do with the "
lagging" sync.
Try this:
Do not use the same USB port.
Your new laptop must have faulty ports since it worked in your old laptop and both LL and Electrum didn't in the new one.
If still didn't worked, update the MoBo's driver.
I saw that you have tried to select the default derivation path for p2sh-segwit which is the correct one,
so just open that wallet again after switching USB ports.
