I haven't seen any signs of Alts Season right now. The popularity of Bitcoin has been cooling in recent weeks and that only makes the price of bitcoin drop more sharply and the price of alts less than previous times.
I think we should still wait for next year, 2020. I am still waiting for Ethereum 2.0 and hope it will help the whole bitcoin market to buy more alts, creating season alts in the near future.
