If you are HODLing these coins then I think you need to give up now. It is not HODL's fault really. It is the fault of these coins. If you were HODLing coins such as BTC or ETH, HODL must have proven to be a nice strategy. Atlant is an outright scam, Edgeless is about to die, Centra is illegal, and so on. Humaniq, Matchpool, Lunyr, and SONM were once famous projects that looked very promising at the start but only to end up slow and weak.
