You seem to be confusing basic words.

Satoshi left when Bitcoin version was 0.3.19, I don't think that's open to discussion. It is therefore certain that his "vision" didn't stop at 0.1 but at least at 0.3.19 because Bitcoin was at this stage still what he decided it to be, in the code itself.
